No full screen?
Why can't you make it full screen on iPad 4th generation?

For some reason, it's not full screen on my iPad 4 like on my friends tablet. Kept crashing until I adjudged some settings, but still entertaining.
Great but broken
So, both me and my son were mesmerized by this. But the full screen feature seems broken on my full size ipad.
