Great Support + Game
This is one of my favorite iOS games, a Farmville like game, but without an energy system or greedy developers. You can easily play online or offline, and, with a little patience and logging in (online) daily, you can even get plenty of the premium currency to spend on items, and decorate your island very well without spending any real life money. It also helps that the game is charming and the developers helpful. I have bought rubies (the premium currency) several times to support the developers.
I was really frustrated with this game the past few weeks, because, as a long time player, my game data somehow got corrupted during the past couple updates, and I would experience all sorts of weird bugs (like icons showing up incorrectly or invisible). However, once I reinstalled the game, the bugs were fixed! But then I realized I couldn't remember my account information to get my game back! Thankfully, after emailing COPOL, they helped me get my account back in under 24 hours.

Great and fun, but a few complaints.
I love this app. It's very addicting and I find myself having a hard time putting it down sometimes. One thing I think you guys should do in a future update is organize the store a little more. It's a little difficult to scroll through everything and it's all so confusing to find the items you want. I think you should add a section for your inventory items so that I don't have to scroll through everything for 5 minutes trying to find the item I just received. Also, could you make axes a little easier to obtain? I'm tired of seeing my dead tree graveyard and I don't want to keep using gems to buy them. Overall, I love this game very much.Show lessMesmay

one of few games I keep returning to, even over level 100 I've still got stuff to do. I hope they add more, this is my favorite game. It's very relaxing to return to my star farm when I need my down time. I'm eager for another update.KrystiKitty

Why is my banana tree timer going up instead of counting down and I can never actually get the bananas. The game itself is fun.. I would give better rating when this is fixed. I want my bananas.. Please??

But let say something,as soon as I level up,I already have to buy the cooking places even though I don't have enough money to buy them. I think it's just me but,when I have to decline their orders,the cute kitty kitties make such an adorablely sad face. And I'm like:"oh no! Don't make that sad face and walk sadly go! Anyway,besides the part when the game crashes on me and I get so irritated!{>_<} this game is the best ya'know!<^_^> everyone should play this game! Maybe aldults?😐little kids and big kids! It's a really cool game. However, there are too many crashes. I just purchased my pig then all my money just disappeared and in the end I didn't get the pig so I was pretty frustrated and annoyed. Please fix thisCutie Rita
WAY too many crashes
I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the constant crashes, especially when trying to collect gift box contents, stored items in the merchant store or buy things in the merchant store. The most recent update (4/19) made the crashing even worse and in the past week habe only had 3 successful attempts to retrieve or purchase items. APP help desk were no use at all. I doubt they have any idea how to fix the issue. #frustratedShow lessOriginalGodzilla
