The option to cancel is not working

I paid for this and still is the basic packages it does not let me do anything. After the payment it still wants me to pay more to unlock other filters. How do I get a refund ?

The reason I downloaded this app was to crop my video, make it shorter as in size not the actual length of the video. But, I saw no feature for cropping the size of the video.

App crashes before saving
After spending money to unlock features as simple as removing watermark, changing background colors, etc. the apps keeps crashing right before saving the video!!! I've tried and tried and tried for over 20 times, adjusting things and to see if anything works, same outcome. Can this issue still be fixed? So disappointing to have spent money on an app that doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

I would give 0 stars but the minimum is 1
I spent 2.99 to unlock all the features thinking this was trustworthy and would work but when the video saves after being resized it's just a black screen and doesn't work i wouldn't mind if you guys could fix this but if not please consider giving me a refund.
