Terrible delivery experience
We ordered three items, but received only two items. We contacted Momo support but they said since someone signed for our package, it’s not their problem anymore...

Great user experience
My overall experience about this app is really great!! Fast and easy to use. It also has lots of choices that I can save in a list to consider it later. Very convenient cuz it has 2 ways of delivery including sending to the home or a convenience store. The one thing that I was struggling was I ordered three items one time but I got three different parcels in different time which made me feel like it’s not eco friendly. I wish it could have one big package for three items since I wasn’t in a hurry :)
