New app is worse than old app
The new app may look good but functionality is very bad. It takes more no of clicks. Time taken to complete a transaction has increased. Merged/consolidated folios are displayed as separate folios. Asking for Broker code / RIA code for direct investment. Overall itโs very bad. 1 out 5.
No login screen
Am not able to see the login screen. It only shows the registration screen
Unable to see portfolios
Something seems to be wrong with new update. I could only see 1 portfolio now. If I try to add other portfolios, app shows โportfolio existsโ and wouldnโt allow to add any portfolio.
Also, app doesnt allow renaming portfolios.
Renaming portfolios would help users to refer particular portfolio quickly.
Please fix the issue with portfolio listing.

ICICI consistently delivers the rubbish experience
Iโve been an icici customer wife 2005 and in17 years all their systems work but there has never been any improvement on UX or usability. I had to make 10 attempts to complete a transaction

Can not log in, asking for registration only.
I'm already a registered member but still on first install app is asking me to register. There is no log in option.
Callback and customer support phone is not working
In contact us section, callback option and customer service call option is not working.
