Disappointed that month after month issues are not available in the app for download long after they have been released. When you buy a subscription you expect you will get access on the day of release. This is an ongoing issue. I won’t be renewingK8te101
Where is January 2024 issue.
It looks like it is out but the app does not show it. What other ways to read the digital subscription?SaraO24

Was promoted to download latest app, which I did, but now I can’t access my digital magazines as the screen turns black. Can’t seem to get any help. Very unhappyConfuxion
Magazine is great -digital app is awful
It is a quality magazine however it’s online app is terrible. It is very disappointing when you know a new magazine is available and you can’t access it. At other times the page breaks can be glitching and ruin the articles. I’m hoping the app has stopped loading because it is being updated? Useless app, never been able to even get one issue
Paid for a physical and digital subscription. Despite many attempts to see the digital subscription it has never worked. Have deleted and reinstalled app and changed passwords but to no avail. Customer service have never resolved. I am tech savvy and quite annoyed. Waste of moneyMusic luvin
Poor support and back issues disappear and Family Sharing does not work
Don’t pay for a subscription to this app. It only maintains a restricted set of back issues in your library and every time a new issue comes out, the oldest is removed. Also, Family Sharing does not work even though it says on this page that it supports Family Sharing. Support is terrible to non-existent. Avoid. There are better home renovation magazines available for your money.Show lessBradiccas
What’s happening with Jan 19 issue?
Why is the app asking me to pay for the January 2019 issue when I have a subscription...? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference. This is normally a really good app.KylieQ13
Can’t access my subscription!!!!
So suddenly I can’t access new issues through my subscription, which is valid until October 2019. The app wants me to pay again. I’ve deleted and downloaded several times to no avail. I’ve tried contacting them through the app support link, and the email bounced. I’ve gone to their website and because I purchased through iTunes and not directly, the customer account help page doesn’t recognise me as a customer. I am definitely NOT one of their satisfied customers!!Show lessigruffudd

Pages are overcrowded and just jam packed with photos and descriptions. Too busy in fact your eyes can’t linger anymore to take in the beauty of designed rooms and furniture. Don’t know what happened can you please bring the old format back?Quantum_Gothic
