Worst app
Worst running app I’ve ever used, and it won’t even let you place an order without making an account, why provide the “continue as guest” option if you’re still going to stonewall it later with errors until you make an account and suddenly it works just fine?
Doesn’t accept password used on website
Ergo it’s worthless. Taco Time stores (the ones owned by or connected to Kahala, the sponsor of app) are awesome as is the food. Fire your app vendor and get a better one.
Unable to join
Keep receiving error code saying there is an error processing the request. Only choice is to dismiss.

How hard is it in this day and age to make an app that functions?

I have accounts with every food place I go to and have never been asked SO many personal questions, * just * to use their reward system. Like do y’all really need my full birthday, home town, email, phone, Finn name…. Or is this just to make it easier for you to sell personal info like every other account we have does? I’m sorry but this is social media or tinder- y’all don’t need that much info for a simple reward system

Poor App Function
The food and customer service at Taco Time itself is great. However, the app is awful. It seldom functions properly and, most recently, attempted 5 charges for one order on my debit card, even when the order was incomplete. I called the bank and they assured me the charges will drop by the next business day. The problem with that is the $11 order is keeping $55 out of my account until then. (The charges don't appear in my order history, via the app, and the orders never went through, so the charges make no sense. An error also popped up each time this occurred.)

Wish the menu was up to date
I haven’t had an opportunity to use the app. The fish taco is not listed on the app menu so there is no reason for me to use the app. Please update the menu.
Log in broken
You can’t use the app to get rewards because when you log in, no matter how long a password you type in, it always says the password must be between 8-20 characters.
Good Food, Bad App & Website
The food is great; however, the app and website are horrible! The app occasionally functions well and the website is no better. Taco Time should invest in a better tech person/company.
Good food terrible app
App is constantly crashing on me and telling me to sign in when ⟟ already have. On top of when trying to order from the value menu, it won’t allow me to order multiples of the same thing but when I go into the store, it won’t give me the deal unless I order multiples of the same thing and won’t allow me to credit orders not made through the app or be able to use the app on orders in person wheb not ordering through the app. Overall fairly frustrated with it all
