I love this series of games! There is four to choose from: the original hand doctor game, the foot doctor game, the animal version and this version, in which the patients are ponies from G3.
You can choose between a StarSong with colours of Sweetie Belle, or a faded Scootaloo. You take care of their FEET! Ponies with feet, what is this, My Little Eohippus? Anyway, the game is quite fun to play. You get to draw on their feet too!
