Phone number change.
I cannot change my phone number on my profile using the App. I live in Canada and I visit Morocco often. I want to be able to change my phone number when I use my Maroc telecom SIM card without visiting the bank.
I should be able to do it using the App, given the fact that after I have logged on I am already authenticated and validated.
Please follow up with this request with the right department (security, legal or technical) because this is being done with other financial institutions.

There must be SLAs associated to service / product requests. Otherwise, they remain unprocessed forever. Ex: Depot a Terme (are customers expected to follow-up with the (physical) bank after submission?). Submitted an incident / reclamation. It’s been open for days, unanswered.
And please fix those notifications! It keeps asking to turn them on when they’re already on.
