Terrible Customer Service
The app doesn’t work.. doesn’t deserve a one star
As for airline, to start with, they changed my itinerary a few days before my international flight and only gave the option to get a refund credit via an eform. Customer service from Thailand didn’t even ask for my flight info before refusing to help and telling me to call Vietnam number (no number provided either, just hung up). Rip off airline, nickel and dimming at every corner!
