No use
You can not even run the equipment from the app. Why make an app that has no use I can buy the products online instead of a stupid app.

Exceptional Experience
Definitely highly recommend the this app. My experience with Customer Service was exceptional! No long wait times or crazy amount of automated prompts to go through before you reach someone. With the app and the customer service provided, our auto leveling system error was cleared with ease. Even better, the customer service provided a great learning experience too! Thank you John and Lippert team!

Don't waste your time on this one. Absolutely no response to emails. Just delete it.

Great opportunity for improvement
Just downloaded the app. The OneConnnectHotspot does not have a manual on this app. The app happily suggests a chat. I type in my question but no response. Worthless.
customer service via the internet
i had ordered parts from lance for my slide in wall schwintek! when i got them they were damaged ! i was not hopeful at all to get much help from lance. i emailed lippert for help that evening the next day a lady a miss or Mrs Tamara doesn’t matter with in minutes this customer service person immediately solved the problem ordered the replacement parts and they are being shipped to me . This all happened within minutes. whom ever gets this email i would appreciate you passing it on to a supervisor !!!!!!
This is the second time i have been saved by lippert customer service and my only regret is i didn't order it from lippert in the first place i won’t make the mistake again. Most places to place an orders and receive help takes numerous phone calls and many bouts of phone tag. This is not true with lippert the quality of service i have received two times in the past few years is more than just good its great. You either hire qualified and intelligent customer service people or have one of the best training program coordinators in the business. i am truly amazed ! i hope to get my replacement parts to complete the order before the end of the week.

What happened?
I was able to use this app in the shop to assist in diaging many different issues we come across daily. I was able to find most of what I needed fairly easily. The update hit and the whole app went to crap. It’s virtually unusable now.
Useless
The app has updated on the iPhone and makes it useless. We are a Mobile RV Service and have used this out in the field tons of times for parts look up and manuals.
Someone did not think this one threw and test it.
