The app is genuinely good
This is a good system and app. The app is connected to the data from the online portal. If you prefill all the info into the online portal check in is a breeze. You can also add them directly in the app. It’s free up to 20 kids with SO many features, I am beyond satisfied.
Pros: Easy to use, it’s kiosk friendly so one check in station- multiple (set-up) users can view on the back end activity. QR code check in option. Can add new kids and guardians on the spot.
Cons: you can upload a pre taken photo, which often parents prefer that over taking a picture on the spot. Someone should update this. Also, if you want to sign into a different account there’s no sign out option you have to offload then redownload the app. It would be nice if parents could connect to the kiosk to check in on their individual devices somehow.

Can’t get into app
After creating a user name and password, and verifying the address, the app takes me to a screen asking for a name or phone number, which I was never asked to create. If it is a good app, there is no way to tell as You can’t get in to use it. I am not even sure it is real, might be there to get e-mail addresses!

Disabled often
Every other time I use this app it disables itself after I enter the user name and password. I have to delete it off of my phone and reload it in order for it to work. It is highly annoying.
Great idea
I am our church nursery administrator and I was looking for an application to help manage our church nursery check in and outs, I just downloaded this app 2 hours ago and have been playing with it but I'm pretty sure it is going to be exactly what I was looking for! Great job very user friendly, allows me to set up accounts for all my family's, nursery workers and say who has access to add or make changes. So far I really like it!

Stinks
This app says to enter a user name and password so I do and it says that it is incorrect. So there is no way to get on to the actual check-in system. Horrible.
