Good for mental health
I unfortunately cannot have biological children and after years of trying it had become emotionally difficult even to use a period tracking app because they all show estimated ovulation and I’ve never seen one have an option not to show it. I really appreciate that it is not on this app. I think this would also be great for someone transitioning who needs a simple way to track their cycle without pink backgrounds and random body facts. I love that this app is just black and white and completely simple and neutral.

App that i have been looking for
Such a great app. I am a teen(16 yo). Firstly it's great beacuse teens can use it, without unnecessary fertility options. And also, it is very very minimalistic, it doesnt bombard you with over the top flowery girly designs. I recommend this for everyone who wants just a normal period calendar where you can put information that you want.

Good app
I checked though all of the apps on my IPhone and couldn’t find a good mistral (Period) app I came across this one and thought to my self let’s try it. It is so easy to use & it tells me when I will start. I have a IUD in because I’m a Chronic anemic (Very Low Iron) other words this is a good app it won’t hurt to try.

FINALLY, I found an app that will just track my daughter’s period without all the extra fluff!
I don’t need all the extra nonsense that other apps have. It’s FREE and it just simply tracks.

Needs a sync or icloud function
Love the app! Been using it for 2 years. So simple! Allows you to add notes too!! I wish that it would have a sync option for when you switch to a new phone so your data doesnt get lost!
Simply does the job
My old app updated with pictures of flowers and all unnecessary extras. So I found this app - perfect and simple. You can see at a glance, add notes if you want. Just what I wanted.

You’re not able to delete periods
If irregular or premenopausal you can’t manually delete periods that were scheduled by the app.
Creators please fix that.
