Levels unloading

I wish i could give a better rating, but i still cant do your levels, I try to click on your levels, but its loading for so long, and it doesnt stop loading, so i can never play the new levels, please fix that!

Not worth VIP purchase

VIP for almost two years and all bugs still haven't been fixed. Emailed twice over the years and still no response. The latest ticket disappeared from Zendesk. Sync hasn't worked for ages, more than half of the prior daily games are not accessible, some past games do not load. 99% of the games are not challenging at all. The first 10 levels are always 15x15 which takes less than a minute to finish. I usually skip those. But the 15x20 ones - most rows/cols are blank anyways so they turn out to be just as quick as 10x15 games. There is no thought or creativity, just seem to push out as many puzzles as possible, which isn't very often. After paying for VIP, there are still game packs to be purchased. Not sure what VIP is for if previous games do not load and new games still have to be purchased. I've sent screenshots of the sync issue showing step by step where the error occurs, yet not a peep from support. Remember - this has been going on since at least 2022.

Not Working

This is my all time favourite game but unfortunately new levels have not been able to load in over 2 week… hoping this is fixed soon :(

I’ve had this game for years!!

One of the most consistent games that I have kept on my phone. Every pack increases in difficulty so the pay off comes regularly, then starts back down at a lower level to keep you engaged. Puzzles are never really ridiculously difficult, and if there are they have ways to get around it. Honestly I love this game so so much

Really love this puzzle game

While there’s certainly a few small bugs to work out (certain levels freezing on the loading etc) and it would be lovely to have a slightly better zoom system, these cons are far outweighed by the pros.

I find this app’s puzzles a lot better and then generally UI much nicer than many of its counterparts.

I even paid for the lifetime subscription to play without ads, and after over 2000 levels i’m very glad I did haha

Half the packs won’t load

Been trying to get into packs and they won’t load. Updates don’t help it. If you only want to play half of it then it’s fine.

Do not buy this game

Worse support in the world. I have been playing this game daily for over 5 years. I paid $39.99 for the VIP membership. It was the only game I played. About a year ago it stopped working I emailed support to help they did nothing for 3 THREE MONTHS. Finally fixed it. Suddenly 15 days ago my VIP MEMBERSHIP was disconnected. I can no longer play any of the extra packs. I have contacted them daily for 15 days. Not a word from support. They are ghosting me. I paid for SOMETHING I am not getting. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. DO NOT PLAY OR BUY ANY OF THIS COMPANIES GAMES. THE ULTIMATE WORSE SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY TAKE YOIR MONEY AND YOU DON’T EXIST TO THEM. DO NOT BUY OR PLAY ANY OF THEIR GAMES
