Pointless, useless, what is ViaNoNo working on really? Never receive sales notifications on my phone and customer support also unprofessional and stupendous, outrages and nobody knows anything about it since over two years.

There are no better features now in the app than on the website, especially as far as listings are concerned. Updates are supposed to make the app better, not a complete waste.89alex1989

I purchased ticket for a soccer game in Madrid a little over a month ago before the game. Randomly, a week later, I get an email stating that event time and date had change. Unfortunately, we had to resell tickets due to our flight not getting in on time. I listed the tickets a week before the game. Tickets sold over night, and they stated I would not receive payment till after the game to confirm that tickets were valid, even though I purchased them from them. Well, 2 days AFTER the event, I get an email stating my ordered was cancelled and I will not be getting paid for the tickets. However, they canceation policy from the buyers states no refunds nor cancellations. So how is it that my tickets were able to get canceled by the buyer two days AFTER the event. Total scam, and on top of it, now I'm getting ready to get another charge of 257 dollars for selling fees. I REPEAT DO NOT but from them. It is a SCAM! I'm now, 900 dollars short, but I guarantee that this will not be the end of me.Show lesslizale_05

Why?
(1) The market listing doesn't work, thus i cant change my prices from app anymore like i used to before.
(2) No longer send me any notifications if i sold a ticket!
