Can’t book holidays the app freezes on payment page
When I wrote to customer Centre, they immediately sent me an email saying the problem is solved and closed.
What they emailed me a LIE. I am still unable to book holidays or make payments
Saying I was contacted and the problem was addressed- is just to show statistics without actually addressing a customers problem.
This level of customer apathy and misrepresentation must be punished.
I want the supervisor of the team that closed my complain to contact me with an explanation of this lie within 24 hours.
