Fine when it works
This app is ok when it works. However, faceID doesn’t work and it has been our for a few years! Come on developers, get it together!
Never can authenticate!
I have to delegate this app and re-download every other week! Please fix this issue. It will be working great and then I try to log in and it will tell me it can not authenticate!!! Please fix! Other than that I have no issues!
Honestly terrible online banking system
It’s not just the app either. When the app is “unavailable”, which is sometimes for weeks, I have to check my account in my browser. The mobile site is terrible and the sign in process itself is a headache.
Slow
This app is always slow and always saying "server is to busy" please fix it!
