Multiple devices
My husband and I share an iCloud account. I bought this app on my son’s iPad, and was able to download from the cloud on to all our devices and phones with that iCloud account. But it will not tell you that. If you try to buy this app more than once, it will let you. So heads up. It has to opened and downloaded directly from the cloud account. Search, choose, download.

Didn’t work
Purchased the whole package and didn’t work. Very disappointed
Won’t restore
I purchased the whole package of this app but for some reason it won’t load the complete thing. I tried to restore it and nothing, it just stayed “loading”. $13 Thor nothing. Very disappointed
In-app purchases won’t download!!
I bought this app for my son & paid the $13 for the rest of the alphabet after “D”. It never downloaded & never restores no matter how many times we try. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back, but come on Pink Fong, fix this issue!! Such a rip off, do NOT download!!!!

Not multilingual as described
I bought this app because like others from the same developer they offered several languages. However this one, even though, it says 8+ languages including Spanish and French, it does not!!! you cannot change it to anything else, which is disappointing specially because I paid to have that feature

Just bought the full pack and didnt work! So disappointed.
So much for family sharing
I purchased this app on my phone and downloaded it on my iPad but when I click restore on my iPad it says there’s no purchase to restore and it wants me to pay another $13. I’m really upset that I wasted my money to only have it on my phone. Please fix this so I can let my kids use it on all our devices. Otherwise we love this app and I would give 5 stars if this gets fixed.

Needs improvement
Firstly the price is absolutely extortionate for toddler games, however it keeps my little boy quiet and he loves it. After paying so much for an app I do not expect to have an advert for more apps at the top of the page, my little boy keeps clicking on it and doesn’t know how to get back. Very irritating.

Love the app and so do my kids. Most money I’ve ever spent on an app to get all the content. That being said, I shouldn’t be given ads to download more of their apps whenever the app boots up. I have to close an ad every single time so my kids can actually use it. Please remove your ads. Your app is good and I might get more, but having them thrust in my face every single time it is used is getting tiresome.
