Makes conference calling very convenient
I'm on a lot of conference calls and the invitations are all over the map in terms of formatting of the phone numbers and conference codes etc. With this app, it is one "click" to get on the call most of the time.

Easy, smart dialer app
Trying to tap the dial string on the phone is hard, particularly when driving (don't judge!). This app makes it easy. Would love to see the dialing get even easier for one handed or hands free use. For example, if on open the app had an automatic dial on a timer (like how Waze does auto destinations) i could use Siri to launch the app and get into my call completely hands free.Show lessCas8888

Time saver
Does a great job of parsing out dial in info. Once you have your preferences for notification and the widget set up, you can bury this app in a folder on your second screen. This is a good thing, it means it interacts with me just when I need it to, just the way I want it to, and never when I don't want it to.Show lessgrabinski
Great App
I had been checking multiple apps before sticking with this one. Great app to consolidate all your meetings and dial them when you are not near to your Sysco. It even allows you store any adhoc dial-in details in the favorites.
The only drawback I have seen is with refreshing. It takes couple of minutes when you open the app for the first time in the day.

Intelligent and user friendly
I just started using Meeting Mogul, and I can't believe how intelligent it is! It shows me every meeting on my agenda (helpful as a single source for my daily schedule), but only alerts me when I have a conference call (doesn't interrupt normal daily activities). It's incredibly easy to set up and use. And the option to notify everyone on the invitation if you're running late is a lifesaver.Show lessKristyn S.

This is a lifesaver for joining all those remote conference calls and webinars of the modern business life. Works straight out 99.9% of the time and saves me a huge amount of time and effort. Love it!broni99
Great product / with some slight improvements would be excellent!
I have been using MM for over a 2 years now & it has really come in handy (especially when grabbing a taxi, catching a flight, or running late to the office..)
Quick access to all your scheduled meetings for the day with reminders & conference codes already populated from Outlook Cal.
I did run into a syncing error as the app was displaying multiple cancelled meeting & was not updating my schedule.
- I reached out to this company via email & phone yet no answer to either my voice mail or email! ( Need to improve )
All in all, for a free app this is an excellent daily driver !Show lessAllanH2015
