Longtime user
I’ve been using the app for years and friends and family love them.
A few suggestions:
Need content related to user’s country of origin, I am in Australia and most items are USA oriented.
New content needs to be more constant. I’m starting to run out of appropriate birthday material. Some big birthday oriented content, 50, 60, 70, 16, 18, 21, would be awesome.
I will happily continue to use the app with these changes for decades to come.
I think these are better than physical cards and far better for the environment.

Brilliant! Love this site and excellent customer service too!
I’m loving this site, so easy to use, so much fun, making all my family and friends laugh. I accidentally subscribed to a years membership, and when I messaged the customer services team they were great, come back to me in less than three hours, fully refunded me even though it was my mistake, and explained how to use app with monthly fee instead. I’m over the moon, they saved my bacon, thank you.

Fun and Funner!
Does it really get better at Christmas time then making your family members laugh!
Creating memories from cute little videos that Jibjab has put together! (Did I spell their company name right?)
I guess the only FAULT that I can find is that they don’t have free videos with more than 1 face at a time? If there is (then I missed it) and it must be hidden, because I went through ALL the free “Gifs” that you can save (as GIF or Video file) which the “1 face videos, are VERY cute”

No good
It was way better years ago when we didn’t have to pay for it. We can’t even watch one video 😒😒 no good no more
Glitchy
Bought a subscription and it keeps telling me to buy a subscription to create videos. Super glitchy and annoying . Shame as the content is great

It’s okay….
I liked the app but there are a bunch of problems. First off, there are WAY TOO MANY ADS. And secondly, there are some difficult copyright issues in the app, that I don’t really like. But it is a great app for laughter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and Easter. But please!!! I would love it more if it doesn’t have as many ads.

Ripped off
I have twice subscribed to Jib Jab through iTunes and each time I have paid I have been told to get a paid version. Terrible subscription software. Try talk to iTunes ( good luck). The App is fun but I have given up on the subscription.
