Very convenient app. But limited use
The number of vendors associated with freecharge is very less. The app is very convenient however can't be used as often. Also the app has bugs and logs you out every time you close the application.
Have to login again every time to you freecharge.Atibhi

Purchased an data pack on freecharge which said 6GB however post transaction got completed i only received 2GB.
When raised the complaint with customer care they asked to get in touch with Operator(Vodafone).
I mean"SERIOUSLY😡", y the hell will i speak with Vodafone when i shopped on freecharge.
I have been mailing them back since last 4 days but getting the same automated robotic reply's.
Do not trust the app completely. Be careful with your transactions and card information.
