App is non user friendly
The app has white letter written on a white background. The design is so stupid. Kindly change the colours of the app so it’s readable
Crashes every time
Whenever I try to perform any transaction, the app crashes.
Poor service
Unable to login, every time it says wrong OTP. Customer service keeps insisting to try on a different handset on different network, though didn’t understand the logic, tried that too but it didn’t work either. It’s been almost a month without solution.
