Impressed
So far I’m incredibly impressed with the accuracy and ease of use of this app. We’ve watched a few obscure titles and had no difficulty finding subs. It allows for those who need subs to have them while not ruining the immersive experience for those who do not need them. It is also helpful for situations when subs are needed but not provided. The customization features are nice and it’s easy to adjust the timing and size of font when needed. Great app so far!

A marvel
This has been so useful since my hearing started to go. It lets us watch TV together without turning up the volume to uncomfortable levels. Good coverage of UK TV series too.

I used to love this app
This app was awesome I haven’t used it in a while because I was able to access a lot of subtitles on the streaming service i switched to, but I always knew I could rely on this app when there were still some missing. Now I can’t get it to even search titles it tells me there is an error. I’ve very sad and disappointed about this :(( Hope you guys fix it

Gave wrong/fake subtitles
When I went to watch a French film, ‘Rise of Man’ by Jacques Malaterre, it gave me the behind the scenes subtitles instead of the actual subtitles. I’m out of luck for finding the true captions/transcript for this movie.
Not free at all
Installed but only worked with 3 subtitles. The APP is useless then. Could the developer consider 3 free credits a day? Or other ways to earn credits? Otherwise it’s not called “Free”. Want to try more before purchase credits. BTW, not sure is the $6.99 unlimited credit for lifetime, or for a month?

Hello Jason.Dai2015. You are right, this app has in-app purchases. The unlimited credit is for lifetime, not just per month.
