The material is unreadable
The app does not work. The articles are so blurry it is impossible to read. A total waste of money.

What is wrong with this app? Today I tried to download the magazines I have bought on both my iPads and they only download so far . . . Then I must try again and again. Only I never get read. Some say they are downloaded already yet no “read” appears just the words download.
Please fix this app now! You cannot read what does not download. This is so frustrating. Let me know when you have this fixed, because I just spent hours trying to download 2 iPads here and they still say the word download.
