    I change phones and now I can’t use the app and I can’t find a way to fix it. I have called your office and I’ve been told “I can’t help you “
    So I can’t reset my password and pay my bill the way I have been doing. Looks like you’d get your IT to do something about that.
  • This app needs serious work

    It would be very helpful to customers to see real time usage data. Better graph information to compare monthly usage would be great too.
  • Primitive

    Been a customer for a decade. Downloaded app and discovered that there is no way to establish a new signon. The only option is to access and existing user ID which, of course, DOESN’T EXIST YET ON THE ACCOUNT. Then you get a terse pop up declaring that there is no such user ID and to contact support, for which there is no link either. It’s unbelievably primitive in design.
