Love it!

I can't stop playing this. It seems simple at first, then you slowly start to learn all the intricacies of the enemy characters. Each enemy has a different movement pattern and power, some of which you can use to your advantage. Then you start to learn to use the environment to your advantage too (spikes, blocks, etc).

This is a very well designed game and the audio is great. Good choice of music.

Fun if not overly simple.

Fun game, like a simplified hoplite. Only problem I've had with it so far is my game reseting every time I leave the window even if for a split second. Very inconvenient (game crippling almost, resist the urge to reply to texts in the off chance it drags me to the text window instead of using the hot bar) good game for bursts of 5-20 minutes so long as that is ALL you are doing. ~review platform, 128gb 6+~

Broken and Barely Playable

It only uses a tiny portion of the screen and so is virtually unplayable.

Great game

I like the art style, and gameplay, but i think if the game was less punishing on new enemies it would be nicer. I had no idea how the ninja moved until it killed me, and i'm back at level 1.
Nice polished game, worth 99 cents for sure

Major fixes needed

this game as of now is just ok as there are just a couple problems holding this game back 1. probably the the thing you'll notice right from the get go is that despite being only played in landscape the game displays the image as if it's supposed to be played in portrait and only about 1/3 of the screen is used making this a problem if you're not playing this on an ipad, this could fixed by just enabling proper portrait or optimise the screen for landscape 2. because of the tiny amount of the screen used sometimes controlling the game is an absolute nightmare, with you trying to touch the tiny little buttons to move, this could be fixed by adding a proper sized d-pad or fixing the screen as mentioned before 3. there is only one song on constant use and it's the same for everything title, gameplay everything 4. the game is way to basic to sell for money, there nothing to customise which is one of the key components of rogue like games, there is no bounty apart from the treasure you're trying to escape but the isn't even explained in-game (I only know this because I've read the description) and the game is basically chess with it's movement and attacking system e.g. you can only take a couple steps a time and some enemies can only attack from certain angles similar to the prawns in chess, but the game is enjoyable and at times gives the player a challenge, and then again the game has way way to many problems to be recommended at all. proceed with caution.

Good foundation, tweaks for perfection

While a great idea, the landscape bug should be fixed, why you die if you tap yourself when a monster is next to you(it doesn't tell you that you TURN when you tap yourself), and definitely something along the lines of either a different variation of traps or a player specific boost aside from hp refill. Good foundation but it can be perfected.

Rogue-like chess

Pretty fun. It makes you think about every move. It actually reminds me of crypt of the necrodancer when you play as the bard.

Simply Superb

Simple and stunning. This game takes a deep genre and boils it down to its bare bones. I love it.

No portrait rotation for a portrait game

Screen orientation is locked on landscape, but game area is portrait. Unplayable until this is fixed.

Hoplite (there I said it)

This game is really good. It reminds me of Hoplite (that's good too).
