Lacking All Around
Poorly developed app, definitely not modern. I’m able to pay my bill but the app seriously needs a rework. A competent iOS front end dev is sorely needed. We live in a digital world - wake up!
Whatever you paid to update the app, you should ask for your money back!
The first month I tried to use the new app I changed my password about a dozen times and had to call my local office before I could get to the payment page. I was hoping this month would be different, but no, just as aggravating. I don’t know what was wrong with it before the redo.
Update
Since the update the app won’t even open.
