Horrible support
I have been using the dial91 from 2 years. Recently I got my att bill charging $100 for international call. I always use the app for call and this never happened. Their online contact no always goes to VM and I sent an email to them and they says they can not do anything. Really ? . They say their app was not updated for iOS 9 and they had issue with system for 2days. I would not recommend this for anyone. Try Rebtel they have down best offer.arvindchidri
Useless app
Don't use this app... Waste of time... I m trying to make call from this app for two days.. Nothing worked out.. The older app was working great to make calls.. I don't know why dial 91 introduced this useless app..Msraj24
Not able to make calls
Earlier app was nice this is really frustrating, planning to switch to rebtel
I noticed one thing it works fine with the cellular network eg LTE not doesn't work with wifi.Dev70000
Does not work at all
I was using original dial91 app which somehow messed up and transferred my calls to At&t network . Now AT&T is charging me 450$ plus tax for international call. This new app does not work at all . Call fails either from numpad or contacts.Yogen shah
App crashes.
This was one of the best international calling app. I have used dial91 since 2009 and used their iPhone app since launch. But since last several months I have not been able to make even a single call from my iPhone app. It freezes and crashes every time I try to make a call. Please redesign this app so that it works.V. P.
Useless most of the time
Hangs and stays in terminating status if u want to disconnect the call and dial again. It connects to the number if it wishes else, goes to terminating. Speed dial or dialing is a reliable option, app is a waste.Dhans il
Unable to load contacts
Even after giving permissions to use contacts, the app just loads all the names but not the numbers. I get a blank field with only name displayed when i choose a contact within the app. Please fix urgently.bhanu6598
Terminating frequently
Whenever I place a call this app says its "Terminating". I have to try 5 times at least before the call gets connected. Also cancel option does not work sometimes. It's frustrating to use this app.Vara1608
Worse app ever
These guys are the parent company to dial91 service. Two are the same company but provide different services. I had a dial91 account where the only drawback is the caller id. Gloabtel provides one but compromises on the call quality like crap and the app just doesn't work 99% of the time.
Seems they are here just to con money out of us poor Nri's who just want to call home to their loved ones.Geekest ubé
