My HONEST opinion on this game.
I only gave this game 1 star because I couldn’t give it zero. I am so disappointed because ever since this new update BlockStarPlanet has been total crap, before it used to be so fun because you could build stuff and play with friends for free. But now you need to buy VIP to build which basically takes away this whole point of this game. When I saw the stars on this game going down and dropping like flies I honestly wasn’t surprised, the developers are so money hungry they have basically made you pay to do the point of this game and not to mention the lag. I actually don’t know why I was surprised they made you pay to build but when I downloaded this game I was like you know what? Maybe it’s not like those greedy games who want you to pay for everything but no, I was wrong. And I used to actually enjoy this game. All of my friends who have been playing since 2019 quit because of this update. Don’t waste your time downloading this there are better games out there.Show lessNicole191903

Hi! So, I play BSP every weekend, and I Love it! Amazing! This game lets me expand my creativity and share it and there are so many people out there with talent! I will never delete this game! So,…………… I want to let you guys know something that has Been going on for a while now. So if this offends you I am really sorry! I do not want to hurt the people that make my favorite game! So not to be rude, but you guys are making a lot of people unhappy, even me! I know you are trying to make money, but you are doing it in a way that makes others angry. Some people are saying that their friends have left the game because you guys are making it really difficult to be happy in this game. Even if you give us updates and squish bugs(thx for that and I’m not telling you to stop!), that doesn’t change the fact that BSP is horrible when it comes to being fair!sorry! You guys are ignoring us! Who does that? We already got the game! And I look at reviews before downloading and yours are not good! I, after having a day and when I’m tired 🥱 I grab my iPad and come here. And then I have to deal with this! I just want to play a game where I can have fun and not have to worry about using the money I have just to have ……FUN!!! I’m putting my foot down! This new update is terrible! (My real rating is one star)
As a kid I used to play block star planet a lot, and it was super fun because even though the VIPs got a cool items, non-VIPs still had fun too. But now that’s changed, you have to pay for every single thing that that was free in an older version. I used to love this game and the community that comes along with it, I’m so sad to come back to it to see that they stooped so low on this game just for money. It’s really pathetic honestly, what people will do for money. Coming back to the this game was very sad and depressing. I used to role-play, do parkours, create awesome things back then. I’m very sad to tell you that, the paradise of the old times has been destroyed. Please don’t waste your money on this game, it’s not worth it anymore. Money grab
Overall it’s a good game. I loved this when I was younger and wanted to try it again! But. Blockstarplanet has suffered the same fate as Moviestarplanet. It has turned into a money grab. You have to pay for VIP to customize your avatar and such. If I could get my old account with my old skins back, I would, but sadly I forgot the password. I don’t know if that’ll even work either. Please, STOP TURNING THE BLIND EYE. You were making enough money before hand, many people had bought VIP, but that wasn’t enough for your greediness. You turned a beloved game into a money grab. You had the perfect balance before, some items and such being accessible to only VIP, but to remove the core of the game? The whole point of the creativity in blockstarplanet? You removed editing avatars, making worlds, you’ve limited us to a few presets. Bring back old blockstarplanet. Please. You’ve lost maybe 30%, probably more, of your fanbase and you will lose more in the future. It’s not too late, though. Bring back the basic features of blockstar. It’s good but the character part…
I loved this game but I deleted it ages ago bc of the amount of space. I eventually found it again and wanted to make why character like the good times. But now I have to pay? Pay to make my own person! Please can you make it free again I really love this game!orphan water
Came back to the game, it’s not good anymore.
So I go on the game, I’m with the avatar I left with so I was all good. I had started to go through all my stuff and seeing if I had gotten any likes out of my stuff while I was gone. At first I didn’t really care that my vip ran out I didn’t think I needed it cause I always chose to get it cause it was convenient. And I’m looking and when I check my worlds none of them are showing up (if someone could give an explanation to that it would be appreciated) So I look and I see the making a house thing so I do that. At that point the only issue I had was not knowing where my worlds were. I go to make a new avatar as the one I was using was one from Christmas and I notice that it wasn’t in the mode I usually use, so I go to try to switch it just to be meet with a “buy vip” pop up. Apparently while I was gone the developers took away the custom avatars for free to play players, and locked it behind a paywall. It’s hard to believe a game once about being creative would lock a feature as simple as that behind a paywall. Until free custom avatars come back my rating will be one star. The developers seem to be getting greedy and desperate for money.Show lessgalixyizzy
I used to love it
I have no trouble saying I hate BlockStarPlanet now. I hate that you just HAVE to be VIP to make a skin now! I sometimes laugh at this game because it’s just a waste of time now. You made pets more expensive!!! You have to be VIP to get the pretty skins! I remember when I used to come home from school and get out my iPad and play for 3 hours strait! Just creating skins, making AWESOME worlds, WITHOUT VIP. I can’t believe that you people have 5 star games cause this is just a waste of my friend’s time, my little sister’s time, my time, and a waste of my mom’s money. I can’t believe you guys would do this to a 5 star app. Now all you want is money, money, money is all it’s about now, huh? Not quality, not your gamers, not the FUN they used to have, nothing but money?? Odd, very odd. I guess ALL you people care about is the money you literally get every day, week, and year! I can’t say I was having fun with this game. I used to be popular and had over 80 friends!! But now I have NO friends on this dumb game. I think your game is stupid and should go to heck.

I CANT UPDATE
I can update whatever I try I even tried on my phone because I really like this game but I cannot update and I think that there’s something wrong with the game and I used to play all the time so I don’t know what’s going on because I haven’t really touched the game in a long time but I don’t know like what’s going on like why why is it doing this and it’s getting me messed up because I’m like why and like it’s not letting me update whatever I do I will also get you a new update is trash anyways it won’t let me update because no I don’t like the update but I just want to play the game because I like to play the game like I don’t care about any updates so I don’t know what’s going on but blocked our planet you need to step your game up because I can’t update that’s not OK I play Roblox OK and that always lets me update I play other online games like this always lets me update it always lets me update I don’t know what’s going on with BlockStarPlanet but OK ByeeeShow lesstoph insurance fraud
So much changed
Ok, so where do I even start? Around 5-6 years ago I played this game, it was amazing there was such a big amazing community and it was so fun and so many new things were introduced updates kept on getting better and better but recently when boonie planet got deleted everything went downhill for the company (If you didn’t know movie star planet, boonie planet and block star planet were made by the same people) around 7 months ago I came back to this game to bring back some memories, and if I’m being honest this wasn’t the block star planet I remembered everything changed the whole map changed, it looked incredibly tacky and cheap so I just thought nothing of it and deleted the game, so just recently today I downloaded the game again to have some fun and decided to change my block star and wow I had to buy vip just to get a block star everything on there was pay to win, and just wasn’t t worth it and wasn’t the game I remembered and if I’m being honest I genuinely think the company has gone bankrupt so many players have quit this game due to the updates, and because the game gotten bad itself, and the company doesn’t even listen to their players suggestions, honestly I wouldn’t really even be surprised if this game shuts down since they are most likely losing money and would not be able to pay to keep the servers up overall as the years went by this game just went absolutely downhill.Show lessDead Nugget
A complaint from a Player.
Previously, this game was a wonderful game where you could build freely, but with a recent update it made it so you could not use even your own creations, build your own look, nor use features only for not having VIP(which costs to 5-80 American Dollars). I get why they might have taken away the BlockStar building, but not being able to use parts made from other players when the amount is a hundred times the amount of the BlockStar you CAN use. There’s other new features like “painting”, but half of the ones that allow you have more detailed art is another only VIP feature. I absolutely adored this game before, it was perfectly besides the occasional inappropriate build, but that was caused by people who weren’t properly taken care of with thorough moderation(mind you this is a CHILDREN’s game with barely any moderation according to multiple players I have asked and questioned.
I would like you to kindly just rethink your decision to remove the feature to use player made skins. I think it was quite a poor decision. Thank you for reading and hope you take what I said into consideration.Show lessŁìłìāńā Kārābìńūß
