About what you’d expect from WV. Generally it’s ok and up to date, no way to deposit checks in-app yet, face ID was working but lately I still have to enter password and the password is biggest issue. Every 90 days my spouse and I both locked out to where we have to call customer service in Augusta and speak to someone, go through all the account info, passwords etc and have them manually enter in newly selected password. In the past 3 years I’ve made so many passwords I assume everyone must use a notepad app just to remember every time it’s changed. I totally appreciate and understand good security but this is a bit excessive especially when we often have to be texted a code to get in during the time in between calling Augusta to renew password.
