When I try to put a new password, it always says you have already used this password before, please use a different password even after I put so many new password. It’s so annoying

Not Working If You Are OVHC
I just transferred my policy from another provider, I haven’t used claims or visits yet, but not supporting overseas visa holders is a ridiculous thing.
For my transfer document I called the helpline and a guy helped me in a great way, thanks to him. On the other side, hey it’s 2024 and you are ALLIANZ, you provide services on web and not supporting this on your mobile app, so funny…Show lessSelo95
No Support For HICAPS Terminal , No Support For OVHC Policy Holders
What’s the point of giving out physical cards to OVHC policy holders when they cant even use it on HICAPS terminal ?
Secondly , if you are giving a product , atleast have the APP ready to support that. OVHC policy holders can’t even access the app at all , it’s such a hassle on lodging claims without the app.
