Improved VTR control functionality: - The application effects has the addition of a play/stop button. Improved stack name functionality: - From settings you can specify a keyword suffix to only display matching entries of the stack name list. - Additionally from settings you can specify how many leading characters should be trimmed. Improved connectivity functionality: - The application, on launching will now attempt to reconnect to the Piero server, if one what previously set. - The application will repeatedly try to reconnect should an interruption occur. - From settings you have the option to choose system, which will present a list of discoverable Piero systems (You will need to ensure “Discoverable in Touch“ is selected within the remote settings of your Piero server). Updated the application icon and corporate reference to Ross Video.

Improved “Team colours“ functionality: - The application effects using team colours will update when changed from the Piero workstation. When the team colours are changed on the Piero workstation, any effects using team colours will be automatically updated to reflect the respective home or away colours in the application without the need to reconnect the application to the Piero workstation. - The application effect icons have been updated to display correctly with later versions of Piero, version 12.x and above.

Improved "trash on play" functionality: - In the Settings pane the "Trash effects on play" setting has been renamed "Auto trash effects". When this is turned on, any effects added will be automatically deleted when any VTR control is used to move the video away from the current frame. - A new option in the Settings pane called "Only for Play button" becomes available when "Auto trash effects" is on. When "Only for Play button" is turned on, then only the Play VTR control will cause effects to be automatically deleted. Other VTR controls (rewind, slow motion, frame forward/back, etc.) will not delete effects. - Effects that can be used while the video is playing are never deleted by "Auto trash effects". Currently these are the 2D tracking effects (magnifier, spotlight, circle) and the zoom effect. Note: this requires Piero version 12.3 or later.
