Great
Great app, new update keeps crashing though
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone and a few other things but nothing seems to work so I think it must be a bug in the app itself. It still works on my laptop so I can identify other people’s sightings, but I can’t upload any of my own, so it’d be great if this could be fixed!
I’d love to be able to give QuestaGame a higher rating because it is a great app and it has made me far more observant of the world around me in the short time I’ve been playing, so once this crashing problem is fixed it’ll be great.
Questa Game
Eye opening & addictive
Great for kids and adults
Such a fun game - and productive too!
Latest version crashing
It is also telling me to update but I can’t. I’ve even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but am still getting the messages.
Hope you get it sorted soon so I can put you back to 5 stars.

Hi James, we believe these issues are all fixed. Apologies for the bugs. Glad you're enjoying the app and would love the bump to 5 stars! :-)
Great game, app needs improvements

Thanks for your review. Just letting you know the field notes issue has been fixed. Regarding iPad, are you seeing that it's not available? It should be. Have also noted your point on the text, which we will address. In the app, Menu > Help is probably the best description of how the app works. Thanks again for your feedback and hoping we can get a 4 or 5 star from you next time!

Hi there, just noticed this review. (US reviews were not visible to us previously). Please download the latest version, as this issue has not been relevant for quite some time now. We've moved up and upgraded. If you go to our website, you can see we have a very high rating and excellent reputation in Australia and around the world, and even won Australia's top award for citizen science innovation, the Eureka Prize. The US is a very influential market, but at the same time often closed to new ideas. It's too easy for US organisations to tarnish innovations from a non-US entity simply because it doesn't follow the exact practices of US companies, which themselves appear very "creepy" from outside the US (e.g. AI, location tracking, data ownership, etc). It's very important for the US public to be able to see innovations from outside the US, on a level playing field, otherwise the world loses out on potential big impact solutions to real world problems (such as biodiversity loss). Hope this helps.
Totally awesome!
Only thing I could recommend is that you could use cameras other than the phone, as it is hard to capture many things like birds etc on a phone.
