HELP!
Ive been using this app for sometime now and it’s been a lifesaver helping me keep control of my finances. However today I cannot access the app that has all my data, “the developer of this app needs to update it to work with latest version of iOS”. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.Puzzled
So the app is great to track my cashflow. Only issue I can’t figure out is I have a couple recurring transactions since May 2020. I am moving and gave those transactions an end date of June 14, 2021, but it wiped out all the prior transactions, so it screwed up my balance to date. I then had to manually add a debit transaction to get the balance to what it should be and manually delete future occurrences... what’s up with that??Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi - How often do you update the starting balance of your account? We recommend periodically updating the start balance (and start date) to match the latest balance in your account. By default, automatic transactions that fall more than 7 days before the starting date are automatically hidden (unless overridden). Just adding an end date to an existing recurring item shouldn’t cause an issue. However, we have a “data anonymizer” that would let you send a scrambled version of your data to us for analysis: http://cashflowsapp.com/Cashflows/anonymize-cashflows.html Also, would you like to try our new app - “Cashflows Pro”? I’d be happy to send you a promo code for a free copy. It requires iOS 14 or an M1-based Mac.Extremely useful
I have used this app for years and have found it invaluable. However, today I tried to add a recurring payment and wasn’t able to access that facility. Is this no longer available?
I tried it again today and it’s now working perfectly.
Tried again on 8th October and it’s not working again.
