The ability to group objects according to their common characteristics is a basic concept that helps children build a basis for organizing not only their semantic knowledge but also their world. Classifying and categorizing provide the foundation for problem solving, remembering and integrating new information. The animation and colorful graphics of the Factory of Categories app makes the learning process fun and motivating as children classify and organize different objects in the factory, where they pack boxes, put different objects on the wagons and throw certain objects in the bin. The Factory of Categories includes over 100 categories organized into three levels of difficulty.
