Good but needs improvement
Lovely to look at, but quite frustrating to manipulate the movable objects to the places you wish them to go. More work needed to make it the great game it could be.Robin Hood 2
Cool style, terrible performance
This port definitely feels under-baked. Frame rate is very low and this is on an iPad Air, shouldn't really be getting any performance issues on the fastest current ipad. That combined with some clunky controls feels like playing a CD-ROM PC game in '95 on my pentium 90. Not sure why this is a featured app with such poor optimisation for Apple's own hardware.Show lessRab.bot
Voice over is annoying
Not much thinking has to go into playing this game! Which does not make me want to get back to playing it straight away!
This game when I saw it reminded me of 'monument' but no where near does it come good to that! (Shame)
And the voice over is kinda boring!
Monument valley was a pleasure to play and left me wanting to play more levels and couldn't wait till they brought out more, sadly with this game I completed level 1 and 2 and it didn't make me want to finish it, like I said, it's boring.Show lessHippiejo
Put Me Back To a Bed...
I took a chance and bought this before reading any reviews. Now I'm regretting that decision. You move some strange looking animal around the screen called Subob, picking up giant apples and trying to place them in front of Bob to divert his sleepwalking path and keep him from walking off the edge of the platform he's on. If all goes well, you'll eventually guide him back to bed.
This may be appealing to some, but it was just boring to me. I feel like it's overpriced. I've bought better games for just $0.99. I actually had more fun letting Bob walk off the platform and fall to his death. FYI, Bob never really dies. He just starts off right where he began all over again.
My advice is to save your money and try something else. If you can't sleep, this game might just get you to go back to bed.Show lesszmagical1
Unplayable
I did so want to like this game. Purchased because the art looks amazing and the idea sounded great but immediately into playing the first level the frame rate is appalling (laggy), probably around 10fps and the controls are clumsy and unusable. Pity for a game idea with some promise.
That's $5 wasted at this point. I hope the developers can optimise the engine and get the frame rate up, seriously it should be 60fps on any iPad but definitely on my iPad mini retina, and also fix the controls that are super clumsy, then I may attempt to try it again.

Not worth the expense
I was at first extremely excited as I thought the app would be similar to monument valley, which is an app that you should really check out, but unfortunately the game has disappointing controls and isn't as charming as others. Considering the price I was really hoping for more of an interesting theme. I know the graphics are stunning but I think it's a good idea that just wasn't carried out to the best of the designers ability!Show lessMillpond
