I created a new account, I tried using the 50 spins it didn’t let me because the app couldn’t or wouldn’t detect my location, it told me to log out to try again, I tried logging back in and now it’s telling me my username or password is incorrect I’ve fully been locked out of my account I had just created and now they won’t help me with my account this app is so garbage and the help that they provide is even worse don’t use they just want you to deposit and scam you of your free rewards.

Where do I start
Horrible app and website. No part of this experience was easy nor enjoyable. Glitches, complications, difficult to navigate. 0/10 do not recommend. I am convinced the 5-star reviews are bots/paid actors.

Money not received
I’ve withdrawn about a month ago and it’s still pending. I’ve contacted customer service so many times but they also copy and paste the same things over and over. I’ve updated my passport, I’ve sent my bank statement as well but they don’t care. This is the worst online casino ever, I doubt the 5 stars reviews are legitimate.

Can’t withdraw
I have had my 888casino account for years and even successfully withdrawn from it in the past. I recently requested a withdrawal and have provided everything requested, including my photo ID and bank statement. Despite this, my account remains “under review” with no meaningful explanation.
I received an email claiming that my payment method is registered under a different name. This is simply not true. The payment method is my own Apple Pay linked to my personal bank account and card. I have never changed my name, have never been married, and have repeatedly told customer support this. Instead of explaining exactly what the alleged mismatch is, they keep sending generic responses and asking me to wait.
I’ve contacted live chat every day for several days. Each time I’m told the verification team will be contacted, yet nobody ever explains the issue or resolves it. If there really is a discrepancy, why won’t anyone tell me what it is so I can fix it?
Holding a customer’s withdrawal while providing no clear information and no timescale is unacceptable. I expected much better from a licensed operator.
Until this is resolved and my money is released, I cannot recommend 888casino to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with 888 Casino. After requesting a withdrawal, I was asked to provide my bank statements for verification. Even after submitting everything they requested, it took over 72 hours just to get my account approved.
The verification process was unnecessarily slow, and the customer service was very poor. Communication was lacking, and I was left waiting without any meaningful updates. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this casino based on my experience.
