Shocking that you put money into this app and people seem to have the same issue with withdrawal requests. I was lead on for month being told it was being dealt with and I would get my withdrawal and never got it Iāve eventually gave up after months. Con

When you sign up if offers you 200 free spins if you deposit and spent Ā£20. I did that 3 times and got nothing. Spoke to their customer service team and kept getting told itās with the bonus team and I will get an email. 7 days later no email or no response and no bonus! Iād avoid this app if you basically want to get scammed into signing up.

My experience with this app has been nothing but stress and frustration, started using it on the app deposited Ā£10 and had a small win, put in a request on the 8th August to withdraw Ā£40, it is now the 19th writing this and I still havenāt received it. The app doesnāt notify you about verifying your account in any way so unless you go looking for it then you wonāt know to do it, that alone is more pain and hassle than it needs to be, 3 lots of verification something Iāve not had to do on any other app being bets or casino ever until now. The email notifications youāre meant to get to let you know if there has been an issue donāt get sent and you have no idea whatās going on. I had to live chat several times just to get them to send me a damn email. I am still waiting to withdraw money from my account. My account has been suspended and they will not let me take my money out. Live chat keeps telling āIāve escalate thisā āIāve escalated thatā. Nothing has been escalated. Live chat automatically ends on me, the so called agents all copy and pasted the same messages. I gave you my bank statement. Give me my money. And stop asking for peoples credit card numbers, no other betting site ever asks for this.

I have over Ā£500 sitting in my account and they WILL NOT let me get it back. I have sent over ID, bank statements, they even had to obtain my first 6 and last 4 digits of my bank which I found suspicious in itself and it still wonāt let me take money out. This is a joke. Itās my money. I should be allowed to withdraw it. Online support doesnāt help, they just sent you the same messages again and again.
