Rigged, scam “bonuses”, constantly freezing
The bonus wheel and blast payouts are completely rigged, played thousands of games and it’s always the lowest payout possible, the good prizes are just there for show and never actually land. House bots constantly go all in with the worst hand possible hand and automatically win.. this is the most rigged scam casino I’ve ever played, stay far far away. Live casino is constantly freezing too. I’m done with this app.

They accepted my deposit but didn’t put it in my account. Gave them Interac info and they gave me an email that doesn’t even work to send my other info.

My account was disabled. I emailed their customer service multiple times and was not provided a reason why they deactivated my account and took my money. I was only told:

Most obviously rigged poker app ever. No chance of winning. Terrible rakeback/bonuses. App constantly crashes and barely works.
Withdrawal sucks
Been waiting for my withdrawal for over a week now and still nothing, i deposited over $300 and they still haven’t given me my winnings, quick to take money but not given, do not recommend.

I deposited $200 twice. Both times money was taken out not my account yet my balance on the app is still $0. No help from customer service. Ridiculous.

I won and they didn’t allow me to do the withdrawal. They kept the money and eventually they reversed it back on the app . Their customer service support they are not helpful . After many days they said I need account verification. I sent that to them . Money back on the app . They just wanted me to play the winnings and that’s what I did and ofcourse I lost . Don’t fall for this app . It’s literally waste of your money .
