There’s seemingly no way to give feedback on the app. The ‘message us’ section is a bot with limited options. The ‘contact us’ section only refers you to FAQ’s… very annoying.
The app is ok, however I wanted to give feedback on making the Mystery bounty tournaments shorter, level 17 which is ~3.5 hours before we see any money is insane.

Not only do they scam people out of their winnings, they let me deposit money then locked my account with no explanation. No live chat/support unless you can get into your account. Nowhere to complain to.

Can’t play since app update
Absolutely pitiful app. Since the last update i have been locked out of my poker account, told to register a new one and then it was immediately blocked as a duplicate account. Zero help from customer support & tech support.
Do not install
Support team are a joke can’t do anything except repeat themselves. Permanent restrictions in place so you will get kicked out Mid hand if you play for too long. Which then means no access to take out funds for 12 hours. I’ve used it for two days & never again.

Does not return your winnings, try as much as you can to withdraw! Deposits are buttery smooth though!!

May 27 2026, this casino glitches every single time I try to deposit it goes to a black screen, same with the daily free spin it just bugs out, then when you try to play the poker matches, it says you’re playing for a certain amount of money and then does not give you the payout, this app should be banned from every platform
