Can’t play since app update
Absolutely pitiful app. Since the last update i have been locked out of my poker account, told to register a new one and then it was immediately blocked as a duplicate account. Zero help from customer support & tech support.
Do not install
Support team are a joke can’t do anything except repeat themselves. Permanent restrictions in place so you will get kicked out Mid hand if you play for too long. Which then means no access to take out funds for 12 hours. I’ve used it for two days & never again.

May 27 2026, this casino glitches every single time I try to deposit it goes to a black screen, same with the daily free spin it just bugs out, then when you try to play the poker matches, it says you’re playing for a certain amount of money and then does not give you the payout, this app should be banned from every platform

Updated version sucks
Since you’ve updated the app I’ve been locked out of my poker account and I’m unable to access. It tells me that I need to re register then blocks the newly re registered account for being a duplicate account. Support is non existent and unhelpful at best.
There’s no support
What’s asking a question to support team in the app live chat, Yessa the person I was talking to told me wait 10 minutes to answer after that’s they just close my account with no explanation no email, nothing I’ve got money in the app and can’t to do anything, still waiting an email from 888support, really illegal, if there’s no response will take legal actions.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my withdrawals. Even after sending them all the required documents. After that they disabled my account. Haven’t sent me an email in over a week. And most important they haven’t sent me my money

Scammers
I genuinely have never felt the need to write a review before. I made an account and deposited £25, straight after they logged me out and said my account is disabled, essentially just robbing me of my money. They make it impossible to contact them to get this money back, i still haven’t. From lots of other reviews this seems like it’s very common of them.

poker bets wining is not proper i got 3 of a kind Jacks and opponent hits 3 of a kind 2s then he won i don’t know how it is faced many times same situation and trying to contact them but its not connecting

One of the worst poker sites there algorithm is straight scam. Seems like they run bots to steal your money. I suggest to go somewhere else.
