Very disappointed since they brought in the Leaderboard
Seldom see more than the minimum prize and difficult to get into. Average rake seems to be about 30% which is huge.

Cannot withdraw money
Takes forever to withdraw money. Needs all sorts of proof and documents for a simple withdrawal, even a bank statement is needed. Verification is needed for each withdrawal.

Don’t use this app, they charge you so much for a wire transfer. An absolute joke

There’s seemingly no way to give feedback on the app. The ‘message us’ section is a bot with limited options. The ‘contact us’ section only refers you to FAQ’s… very annoying.
The app is ok, however I wanted to give feedback on making the Mystery bounty tournaments shorter, level 17 which is ~3.5 hours before we see any money is insane.

Not only do they scam people out of their winnings, they let me deposit money then locked my account with no explanation. No live chat/support unless you can get into your account. Nowhere to complain to.

Between the fact that they need 3 apps to play between casino, sports betting, etc they have a thing with delaying payments. Learned my lesson with them a couple of times.
