It will take 3 to 5 days . I don’t know why not for deposit it’s so quick in seconds but withdraw takes ages. Customer service is slow to response. Won £300 tried to withdraw, then comes verification, sent all the necessary documents, and they just straight up closed my account, spoke to the agent but no reason as to why my account was closed

I placed a £5 bet on basketball on December 3rd and I won. It has been pending since then and I have asked them several times to check and see what the problem is and every time it has been unsuccessful.
