Horrible app
It took 3 months to get my withdrawal. Now they don’t even do withdrawal through normal withdrawal methods. The app is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Just stay away from this betting book.

If you win big money they will hold withdrawals and not give money, In frustrations you will keep all won money place bets and loose all winnings..
ridiculous Location check
This app is awful. There is a huge problem with ‘location check’ which happens every single time you open the app. 4 out of 5 time it stuck on the location check page and doesn’t let you do anything even tho the app has full permission to check the location! You have to close and reopen the app 10 times for it to work. This is insane, why are you checking user location every single time even when the app was opened couple of minutes ago? And why are you not doing this in the background and instead block the user before this process is done?? 888 developers, do better

If u deposit they will take money in seconds, when it comes to withdraw , they won’t send it , my 2500 dollars were not transferred to me . Fraud betting application. Stay away from it.

When you try to deposit they will take your money in a second. If you win and try to withdraw they will ask you for 100 documents! And whatever they ask for you send they will ask for more
Worst betting app ever
There was 2 Super Bowl promos, one was bet $30 on the Super Bowl and get $30 bonus bets, and the other one was bet $20 on a Super Bowl SGP and get $20 bonus bets, not only did I not receive my bonus bets but after I contacted customer service they said I needed to provide a screenshot of the promotions in order to get my bonus bets, are you kidding me? Why would I need to provide a screenshot of the promotions to get my bonus bets? Literally every other Sportsbook gives you your bonus bets automatically, what an absolute joke.

Perfect 10 is a scam
i placed a perfect 10 bet and hit 9-10. Before the games finished the selections disappeared and i was given no bonuses for the 9-10 picks, and they have a rule 10-10 you get up to 5k, 9-10 is a free $10 bonus bet, 8-10 is a $5 bonus bet, 7-10 is a $2 bonus bet, and i have not received my bonus or even got to see the results👎

Non existent customer support, do not use
They take your money without any issues, but as soon as you make a significant withdrawal they give you the run around of how they need to verify your identity and complain that they can’t see your documents properly etc.. On top of that they don’t have a live agent to chat with or any phone number to call. Just email tag which takes weeks and months. Take your money elsewhere!

Don’t usually bother to write reviews, but this is the worst sportsbook I’ve used. Firstly it takes longer than any other app to verify I’m in Ontario, and once it does, there’s at 50/50 the app freezes and you have to close it and try again. Also, it’s a very limiting app. Your ability to parlay bets gotta be one of the worst; extremely restrictive. Lastly, this app hates when you try to withdraw. I have had a withdrawal I’ve been waiting for and it’s been 5 days today and still haven’t gotten it. I did get an email saying “your withdrawal was returned to us. We'll try again using a different method”. I believe this is just an attempt to delay payout in hopes you reverse your withdrawal. All I want is my withdrawal to go through so I can uninstall this app.

Location tracking is very bad. Every time I login it times out. I live in the capital city with strong wifi so it shouldn’t be an issue. Other than that the app is great.
