New UI code taken from Jungle Boy used for pausing and muting game sound during play. Overhaul of the code base from Objective-C to using Swift code in places to make future improvements quicker.

Sleeping worm is now a sleeping hedgehog, you must avoid eating the hedgehog as this will kill nibbler. The hedgehog can pass over nibbler's body but is deadly to eat. Nibbler speed will now only increase on every round. Apples now animated. Preferences Panel from Nibbler Remake added, giving you an easy way to mute all sound, toggle on or off sound effects or the background music. MFi Controller support now added! Using the iOS or iPadOS File App, you can fine tune any game setting such as the controls that's saved in the settings folder. These are simple JSON file that can be easy edited.

Support for diagonal swiping next direction. Now supports iPhones 4S, 5 & 5C Bug fixes... NOTE: On iPhone the game is presented inside a frame with a joystick at the bottom of the screen for the controls, no swipe control on iPhone version.

New options menu, accessed by tapping the top right hand corner of the screen. Options: Turn ON/OFF Sound FX Turn ON/OFF Game Play Music Change Controls to Joystick/Swipe ION iCade Core support is turned on by selecting Joystick for the controls in the options menu. When in Joystick mode the virtual joystick appears when you touch the screen, move your finger on the screen to move the virtual joystick.

Another four new levels, bringing the total levels to 16 levels. New Holes on the last four levels were you can enter one hole and emerge at the other hole. Short Cut when the earth worm leaves his den you can enter the hole he leaves behind and go strait to the next level if you have been to that level before. Title screen now shows what power ups give you and how many points you get for apples, cherries ext. Some bug fixes and improvements.
