Impossible to navigate the app
This app is impossible to use as there are adverts at every turn. Every time you turn to a new page or go from one screen to the next it is another advert making it frustrating to use. A terrible waste of the users time.Ojg1e

Totally user unfriendly app for foreigners
India should be encouraging tourism. Including travel by train. We have don’t over 8 hours over the past 2 days to make a simple train booking. Driven almost insane by the user unfriendliness of this bureaucratic & unwieldy app. Never again!Gecko tours
Difficult for NRI to register and book tickets
I downloaded the app and tried to check train status.
1) Adds keep popping up and never lets you use it. Is this an official app of IRCTC? If I’m a paying customer then why do you allow advertising and commercials?
2) as an NRI with a foreign passport it is very hard to register and book tickets. Rather I had to ask my relatives to book it for me.Show lessgshant
Neatness in 2nd sleeper
In some trains bath rooms are very thirty. Can you take action on this problem. Middle class people are not having voice. Kindly address this problem immediately.jvrao1
