Creates a serene ambiance when you need it.
Without having to really know too much about a Tanpura you can create an ambiance that is both calming and serene. I have been using this Bhim Tanpura App from some time now and I am thoroughly satisfied. I use it both during puja and while learning music. It is simply excellent.
Realistic Sound
This is hands down my favorite tanpura app, I've tried about five or six of them at this point. This app excels in reproducing the true acoustic quality of tanpura. Unlike iTanpura and other competitors, the tone, clarity, sustain, and harmonics are much more akin to that of the real instrument.

Excellent! Very good for ambient music
I really like the sounds that this little app generates. I like to have it playing through my headset with two of the instruments playing along in a droning effect. So peaceful. I would only request that some additional feature like Audiobus gets added so that we can import the sounds into other music making apps. Then this app will get 5 stars and be epic!!!
