My experience with 888 Casino Ontario has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it.
The app lags frequently while you’re playing, and on multiple occasions I lost my game progress because of it. That alone made the experience frustrating.
What disappointed me even more was the customer service. As a new customer, I couldn’t find any way to track my wagering progress for a welcome promotion. When I contacted support, they were unable to provide a clear answer. Instead, they repeatedly copied and pasted the same information from the promotions page, regardless of the question I asked. When I tried to get further clarification, the chat was simply closed without resolving my issue.
Overall, I found the platform unreliable and the customer support unhelpful. Based on my personal experience, I won’t be using 888 Casino again, and I would encourage others to carefully research and consider other options before signing up.

Just downloaded this app. Made a deposit. Started playing. Won over $400. Went to spin again. Got logged out. And when I went to log back in said my account was restricted. Tried to contact customer support and the number isn’t in service. No return emails. How the hell do I get my deposit back? Since I can’t log in to contact support and your number is out of service

Very disappointing experience. The daily bonuses are extremely underwhelming and often come with conditions that make them feel almost worthless. What looks like a decent promotion at first ends up offering very little actual value.
The biggest frustration is the withdrawal process. Cashing out feels much slower and more complicated than depositing. Waiting for your own money while having to go through multiple verification steps is frustrating, and the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired and an unpleasant withdrawal experience. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a casino with fair promotions and a smooth payout process.
