Took 6 days to verify my ID and documents, I get a txt saying congratulations you’re verified . Go to login and account closed. Didn’t even get a chance to play any bingo . Contacted customer services. They couldn’t tell me why but I can’t join on any old accounts or new accounts . What a waste of time .

Do not use this app, it is impossible to win all money you win gets put into bonuses instead of cash, to withdraw cash you need to win a certain amount of money, for me was showing at £90 before it converted into cash.

Withdrawal scam
I was quite happy with this app was fast loading easy to use. I am very experienced with gambling online with different apps and this was rather good at the start while I was deposited in funds, then when I was and was drawered, they wanted loads more verifications so I sent them across. Got no reply. Got no help through live chat. It has now been six days. I’ve had no emails no Help and still have got no money from the withdrawal cannot get hold of no one to speak to anyone just feel like I have been scammed. Do not use this app.

The most useless app I’ve ever used. The game times out or something will go wrong every 3/4 spins. How do I know this isn’t just a money making method. I’m sure my chances of winning are higher having had invested £50 into a game rather than playing 10 separate £3/£4 games. It’s ridiculous having to come off and restart it every time it makes it impossible to play.
