App crashes
Doesn't connect and just crashes after a few mins. Trash product...period.

I love the idea of this Melnor WiFi water timer but there seem to be a few shortcomings.
Be aware of the following:
- 2.4 and 5 GHz bands in your router must have different names
- Your router must support 802.11 b/g legacy settings
- This app does not allow you to change the SSID after you type it in so you get one shot at success!

Doesn't work
I can log into the website and control my until just fine. However, the app doesn't do anything. It just keeps trying to log in to my wifi. I'm not even sure why it would need to do that.
Works OK
I recently purchased this device. Set up was painless but disappointed you have to log into a site versus using an app for use or programming. Time will tell if I have use issues but so far it works ok.

nowhere on product page does it even say what type of batteries it needs, or if they are included (4 AA’s, not included)
was told by support that it ‘sometimes’ doesn’t work with Apple routers. Was sent a PDF document in terrible english that advises me to set up a guest network for it… still doesn’t set up.
waste of time, money
