Surprisingly extraordinary
Today is my second visit to any Gregory’s Coffee location. Yesterday was my first. A friend brought me to the 6th Avenue location, and I ordered the Biscotti testarossa. I expected the average super sweet, mediocre-at-best coffee drink. I was in disbelief. I said to my friend, “You have to taste this. It’s actually good. I mean, it’s outstanding.” He looked at me like I had just arrived to watch yesterday’s game. “Uh yeah. I know.” Well, I didn’t and so if you haven’t tried Gregory’s biscotti testarossa, you must. It’s divine. Service is good. People are nice and the store is clean. No negatives.

Not a comment on the store
Gregory’s coffee is fine, but even the newest version of the app still requires a credit card for payment rather than alllowing more secure/more convenient forms of payment like PayPal or Venmo or Apple Pay. It also doesn’t timestamp receipts, which can be frustrating when the shop misses your order and you have to prove you made it. Fix these kinds of normal user issues and I’d gladly switch my preorder from another grosser nameless coffee brand to this one.
