Reviews of Clarus OnCall

  • Bad ceo bad product

This company has not paid their bills to developers and almost every staff member including senior partner left. Such products don’t deserve to be successful.
  • Easy to read, reply, and document patient calls

I used an operator before. Very inefficient. Lots of inaccurate or missing calls. And taking notes was nearly impossible. Clarus has made this process much simpler. Lots of notification options.
  • Junk

This is one of the worst things to happen to healthcare. Patients using the app are directed to a phone tree that often drops calls or routes to the wrong option. This is dangerous for patient care. Hospitals and provider that use this should not be trusted as they are maximizing cost cuts at the expense of patient care.
