Milestone in bird song apps!
Finally a compact version of the famous 17 CD collection of bird songs. Now I can take the bird song collection everywhere I go, also the search features make it more easy to find songs (you have categories, search fields everywhere, and even similar species lists for every bird). The app also has a brief description of every bird. Very nice and fresh design with spectrograms and amplitude diagrams. You can even note sightings with GPS information :-) For the same money as the original CD collection you get much more features, thus this unique song collection is worth every penny! This is a superb app. Almost perfect, add the ability to enter a year for sightings and you have the whole package. Expensive for those on a limited budget but it's worth every penny; 5 stars is not enough!G//L
Very impressing app!
This app is amazingly comprehensive. It does not only cover all European bird species but also provides a vast amount of single bird vocalisations as well as an abundance of images. The design is appealing and handy and for an outdoor enthusiast an app is an ideal companion in the field.
